NSCEP Project Experience Application Training Shapes Collaborative Lessons Learned Framework

In a dynamic and collaborative initiative, the National Society Capacity Exchange and Enhancement Platform Project (NSCEP) brought together representatives from the British Red Cross, Turkish Red Crescent, Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgarian Red Cross for an impactful Experience Application Training. Held in the vibrant city of Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from November 6th to 10th, the training marked a pivotal moment in the ongoing partnership.

Training Highlights: The Experience Application Training served as a nexus for knowledge sharing and collaborative learning. Participants immersed themselves in a series of interactive sessions, leveraging their diverse experiences to collectively shape the lessons learned framework for the NSCEP project. The training fostered an environment of open dialogue and shared insights, reinforcing the spirit of cooperation that defines the NSCEP collaboration.

Framework Creation in Tuzla: Set against the backdrop of Tuzla's rich cultural tapestry, participants engaged in intensive workshops to distill key learnings from their respective National Societies. The result was the creation of a comprehensive framework that encapsulates insights, challenges, and successes encountered throughout the NSCEP project. This collaborative effort lays the foundation for a document that will serve as a valuable resource for humanitarian practitioners and stakeholders alike.

Document Release Anticipation: The final form of the NSCEP Lessons Learned Document, born from the collective wisdom of the partnering National Societies, is on track to be unveiled and shared on the project website by the end of the year. This forthcoming document promises to be a guiding light for future initiatives in capacity building and humanitarian aid, offering practical insights gleaned from real-world experiences.
